Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Digimuse Private Ltd ("Digimuse", "we") and the organisation using LUMI by Digimuse ("you", "Customer"). By requesting access or using LUMI, you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
1. The service
LUMI is a workspace for planning, writing, designing and managing social media content, with AI assistance ("Lumi"). Features may change as we improve the product. We'll tell you before removing anything important you pay for.
2. Access and accounts
- Access is by approval. We create your workspace and logins after reviewing your request.
- Each login is for one person. Keep passwords private and tell us if you suspect misuse.
- You're responsible for what happens under your workspace's logins and for giving the right people access.
3. Plans, limits and fees
- Plans, prices and monthly limits are shown on our pricing page or in your order. Prices are in Indian rupees, excluding GST.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by invoice. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month and don't roll over. When a limit is reached, Lumi pauses that action until the next month or until you upgrade.
- Free trials last 14 days unless we agree otherwise. We may pause a workspace if an invoice is unpaid for 15 days after the due date.
4. Your content
You own the content you put into LUMI and the content Lumi generates for you ("Output"). You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only to provide and secure the service, including sending it to our AI and hosting providers. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't share it with other customers.
5. AI output
AI can make mistakes. Lumi is instructed not to invent claims, prices or statistics, but you must review all Output before publishing, and you're responsible for what you publish, including advertising standards, platform rules, intellectual property, and sector rules (for example finance, health or real estate disclosures). Similar prompts can produce similar results for different customers.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use LUMI to create unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful or infringing content; to impersonate others; to attempt to access other workspaces; to overload or reverse-engineer the service; or to resell access without our written agreement.
7. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for this agreement. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data in your content for you, we do so only on your instructions.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep LUMI available and back it up daily, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services (such as AI providers) may occasionally be slow or unavailable. Support is by WhatsApp and email on Indian working days.
9. Ending the agreement
- You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month.
- We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or non-payment.
- On request within 90 days of ending, we'll export your plans and posts. After that, we delete your workspace data, except where the law requires us to keep records.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Digimuse isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or content you publish. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
