A Lumi writing action is one request to Lumi: writing or rewriting a post, a tool like Punchier or Hinglish, a research step or a report. A full monthly plan counts as one action per post it writes.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Request access, and we set up a 14-day trial workspace. At the end, pick a plan and we send a GST invoice.
How do we pay?
Monthly, in rupees, by bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice. Annual billing is available on request.
What’s the difference between with and without design?
Every plan designs a creative for every post in the brand’s colours. Pro plans add AI photo creatives: photographic scenes generated for each post.
What happens if we hit a limit?
Lumi tells you clearly and shows a usage meter. Nothing is deleted. Add more anytime, or move up a plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Changes apply from the next billing month.
What happens if we don’t renew?
Sign-in pauses at the end of your paid period, but nothing is deleted. Your brands, plans, posts and creatives stay saved, and renewing brings everything back exactly as you left it.
